Right of Way Associates, Inc.Since 1990, Right of Way Associates, Inc. (ROWA) has provided right-of-way acquisition, relocation and related services to government and non-profit agencies, developers of low-income housing and public utility agencies in Oregon and Washington. We team with engineering firms to provide these services as part of the public project design or contract directly with the acquiring agency or developer.  We also acquire individual sites for public use. Our team has a broad range of experience providing acquisition and relocation services. We are qualified to assist you in your project needs in a professional, timely, and cost effective manner. Staff members are licensed and maintain a current understanding of applicable laws, regulations and procedures.
